Mill Co. are excited to announce the start of the launch of our latest site and another collaboration with Hackney Council.
Block D Woodberry Down will comprise of four large units aimed at the creativity and well-being sector offering below-market rents to small and medium-sized businesses that have something to bring to the community of Woodberry Down.
ABOUT THE SPACE
Mill Co. will provide spaces for local businesses that feed back to the local community and provide a mix of commercial and community level blended rents. This stability will allow us to provide a community lead activity schedule, made in collaboration with the residents and local and wider communities uniquely tailored to Woodberry Down.
