In their morning dance classes, Deyn integrates contemporary technique with improvisation, drawing from their rich background in various dance forms. Sessions focus on developing physicality, musicality, and expressive movement, encouraging dancers to explore and expand their personal movement language.

Courtney Deyn is a British-Bajan, queer, working-class choreographer, musician, teacher, and director. A graduate of the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, they won First Prize at the International Diaghilev Competition for their duet Causatum, establishing a contemporary aesthetic rooted in ballroom and Latin dance. Deyn is one half of the interdisciplinary music and dance duo BULLYACHE, alongside Jacob Samuel. Their collaborative works, such as TOM and WHO HURT YOU?, blend pop culture, classical texts, and opera to explore themes of queerness, class, and identity through a unique fusion of dance, music, and performance art.
