Saturday weekly class from 10am to 11am, 5th October – 14th December
For a balanced yoga practice, we need both Yang and Yin elements. Yin is more internal, passive, cooling, and downward, while Yang is more external, dynamic, warming, and upward.
The class will start dynamically (Yang 30 min), stimulating muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina, and flexibility while flowing creatively through a variation of standing poses. The second part (Yin 30 min) will invite you to hold longer poses to work on the deep, dense connective tissues and joints in the body and relax and calm the nervous system.
