We’re excited to announce the launch of our newest space… Stable Block in Springfield Park Clapton.
Stable Block is a collaboration with Hackney Council with whom we have worked closely for the last 10-12 years to deliver accessible workspace to the area.
The park and house have undergone extensive regeneration in the last couple of years and the former stable block belonging to Springfield House has been lovingly restored to a very high spec but Hackney and is soon to house 4 creative businesses.
In keeping with our strategy, Stable Block is an incredibly unique and interesting place to grow your business, mostly due to its stunning location right in the heart of one of East London’s most beautiful parks with views across London, lots of green space, immediate access to the canal, Lee Valley and Walthamstow Marshes and endless wildlife.
We have 4 good-sized studios available now but these will be snapped up very quickly.
Two of the units are premium with enviable views across the park and are priced at market value whilst two have been priced at below-market rent to support smaller more emerging local businesses or charities.
