Lucky Cloud Sound System have been organising Loft-style parties since 2003. We started after David Mancuso—host of the Loft, New York’s first intentionally utopian party—approached us to start organising events in London. He travelled over until 2011, helping us build our analogue hi-fi sound system, the first of its kind in Europe, and embed an inclusive, egalitarian, community spirit.

We moved our invite-only gatherings to Rose Lipman in 2014 and currently host parties three times a year (in October, February and June). For each party we decorate the upstairs hall with balloons and a parachute, also providing a vegan buffet to our dancers. Our system now features seven Klipschorn loudspeakers as well as Mark Levinson amps. Kids and carers are welcome to join for the first two hours.
