Winter Dance Series

This class is open to all movers with various movement training/background. The first hour and 15 minutes will be led through breath work, guided improvisation, crossings, floor work and acrobatics. We will sweat, move, connect & share with the other people in the space. This part aims to improve stamina & strength + open up your creativity, finishing on a dynamic phrase.
The second part of the class will be led through improvisation, creative tasks and exploration. This will encourage you to generate your own movement, create instant composition and work with the group and/or individually.
