Embodied Reflections: Movement, Mindfulness & Life-Drawing

Nicola Adilman

Sun 23rd March 3-6pm
These workshops provide a safe, inclusive space for the FLINTA community to explore identity, body image, and mental health through guided meditation, movement, and life-drawing. Sessions begin with grounding exercises to foster relaxation, followed by movement exploration inspired by somatic practices, encouraging self-expression and embodiment. Participants can pose, draw, or do both, engaging in life-drawing practices led by visual artists, wonderful varieties of visual artists, embracing raw, unfiltered representations of the body.  The workshops promote self-compassion, confidence, and creative expression. Open to all experience levels, they prioritize accessibility, agency, and inclusivity, allowing participants to engage in ways that feel right for them.
