The deadlift is a compound exercise that works multiple muscle groups in the body. Ben, SalusLondon’s movement specialist, will be taking you through the mechanics of the deadlift, including the setup, lift, lockout and lower. This is both an informational and hands-on workshop where you can practice what you’ve learned.
